The high temperature performance of tungsten, especially its high melting point, makes it a key material for various components of low-voltage and high-current resistance heating furnaces, such as heating elements, heat shields, racks, rivets, pins, washers, and gaskets These components are usually made of tungsten wire, tungsten rod, tungsten plate, tungsten belt and tungsten tube.

The core part of the high temperature furnace—resistance heating tungsten heating element, including tungsten wire mesh heating element, tungsten belt heating element, tungsten rod heating element, tungsten tube heating element, the highest operating temperature is 2800℃, and the long-term use temperature is 2300~ 2350°C.

Tungsten heat shield is the heat insulation component of tungsten high temperature furnace. There are several to 10 layers of heat shield according to the heat preservation needs. The innermost layer is riveted by tungsten plates, and some use two layers of tungsten heat shield. After that, molybdenum heat shields and heat-resistant steel heat shields were used in turn.
