What you should know about high-density tungsten alloys?
High-density tungsten alloy, also known as tungsten-based heavy alloy, commonly known as high-density alloy, is a kind of alloy made by liquid-phase sintering with elements such as tungsten as the base element of tungsten, and its density is as high as 16.5~19.0g/cm3 .
High-density tungsten alloys can be divided into two categories: W-Ni-Cu series and W-Ni-Fe series. What is the difference in performance between the two?
The strength and plasticity of W-Ni-Fe series alloys are better than those of W-Ni-Cu series, W-Ni-Cu series is a non-magnetic alloy, and W-Ni-Fe is a magnetic alloy. W-Ni-Fe series alloys have been widely used because of their better mechanical properties than W-Ni-Cu series alloys.
